Mark,
I am writing to ask for a little more time on the project and the blogs, I have to take my daughter to ER, she has fallen, and I believe that she has a broken arm. I know that this is last minute but it just happened.
Thank you for your understanding.

This was the second e-mail;
Mark,
I was just checking to see if you had received my e-mail from last night. It turns out that I was right she does have a broken arm, it is a very scary feeling when you all of a sudden you have to run to the ER, but at least it is a nice break she will be in a cast for a while but that’s all.
Thank you,
Michelle Grider
Now I am wondering if my project will be graded because now that it is late, the same with my blog.

Unit 4
My experience with loving kindness was mostly good, I am good at showing loving kindness to others, but I have a hard time showing it to myself. I think that for me loving kindness towards others is not something that I need to practice for me it just comes naturally.
The concept of mental workout is perseverance; we need to keep at any kind of workout whether it is physical or mental if you do not use it you will lose it. For me to practice mental workouts I will exercise, use affirmations, and prayer.

Relaxation
This is somewhat new to me but here goes, I did find this exercise to be very calming and refreshing. I would like to incorporate this relaxation technique into my daily schedule. I really need to relax, this whole year has been very stressful with my husband and I, and then we have two children that are five and half and almost four. The kids are with me 24/7, which is stressful since they are going through a fighting phase that I do not like at all. I keep saying the chant “this too shall pass.” I do think that when school starts that they will not be fighting as much since they will have some time away from each other. All in all I really enjoyed this exercise.
